Titleist Performance Assessment

TPI Fitness, Power & Medical Assessments

Our TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) Fitness, Power and Medical Assessments give you a clear, measurable understanding of how your body influences your golf performance. We assess your movement patterns, physical capabilities, and swing demands to identify limitations, injury risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Your results form a golf fitness benchmark — often referred to as your golf fitness handicap. This provides objective data that can be tracked, reassessed, and improved over time, ensuring your training is purposeful and aligned with your development goals.

From this assessment, we design a personalised development pathway, outlining exactly what you need to work on and why. Your program is delivered through our coaching app, allowing you to follow your plan, monitor progress, and regularly re-test to ensure your training continues to translate into on-course performance.

Whether your focus is performance improvement, injury prevention, or long-term athletic development, our assessment-led approach removes guesswork and replaces it with clarity, accountability, and progression.

Golf Medical / Injury Management

When pain, stiffness, or injury starts to limit your golf, this is where the process should begin.

Our Golf Medical & Injury Management consult is designed for golfers whose body is holding back their performance — whether you’re managing a diagnosed injury or dealing with ongoing soreness, restriction, or loss of confidence in your swing.

During your consult, we assess how your body is functioning and how those limitations are influencing your swing and on-course performance. This includes a comprehensive injury assessment, a TPI-certified movement screen, clear diagnosis, and hands-on treatment to address pain, restriction, or dysfunction.

From there, we map out a clear, personalised management pathway focused on restoring movement quality, reducing injury risk, and returning you to consistent, pain-free golf. Every recommendation is made with your long-term performance and durability in mind — not just short-term symptom relief.

Golf Performance Assessment & Customised Program

Take your game — and your body — to the next level.

The Golf Performance Assessment & Customised Program at Golfers Hub is designed for golfers who want to understand how their body moves, performs, and connects to their swing — and how to improve it.

Your session includes a comprehensive Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) body–swing assessment, an in-depth fitness and mobility screen, and analysis of your simulator performance data to identify the key physical factors influencing your swing, speed, and consistency.

Using these insights, you’ll receive a personalised training program tailored to your goals, physical profile, and swing characteristics — helping you move more efficiently, generate power safely, and perform more consistently on the course.

Your program also includes 4 weeks of access to our training app, allowing you to track progress, stay accountable, and continue building a body that supports long-term performance.

Precision Practice

Turn Practice Into Measurable Improvement

At Golfers Hub, Precision Practice bridges the gap between coaching advice and meaningful improvement. It allows golfers to take a specific swing focus — whether a movement change, technical priority, or coaching cue — and train it with clarity and intent.

Powered by Sportsbox AI Studio software and camera technology, Precision Practice uses advanced 2D and 3D motion capture to record, analyse, and measure every swing against the exact parameters you’re working to improve. Rather than relying on feel or guesswork, golfers receive objective, real-time feedback that shows how closely each swing matches the intended movement pattern.

This approach ensures practice sessions are purposeful and measurable. Whether you’re refining backswing mechanics, improving pelvic control, or developing better sequencing, Precision Practice allows you to train with accuracy, accountability, and confidence.

Golfers can access Precision Practice through a limited complimentary version, or opt for a subscription-based option that provides ongoing access, deeper insights, and long-term progress tracking as part of a structured development pathway.

Through this process, golfers gain:

  • Clear insight into what their body is actually doing

  • Measurable feedback that tracks improvement over time

  • Reinforcement of efficient movement patterns

  • Confidence that each session is moving them closer to their performance goals

Precision Practice turns repetition into development and practice into progress — ensuring every swing has a clear purpose and a measurable outcome.
