About Golfers Hub

Welcome to Golfers Hub, Port Melbourne’s dedicated space for golf performance, fitness, and rehabilitation.
Our mission is simple — to help every golfer feel better, play better, and enjoy the game for as long as they can.

At Golfers Hub, we’ve created a unique environment that brings together all the physical elements of golf under one roof. Our state-of-the-art facility includes a fully equipped gym designed for strength and conditioning, an allied health consultation room, and a Foresight Falcon golf simulator paired with Sportsbox AI 3D motion analysis. This combination allows us to assess, train, and rehabilitate golfers with precision and purpose.

Our philosophy is built on the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) approach — recognising that every golfer’s body and swing are connected. By understanding how your body moves, we can identify limitations, reduce injury risk, and enhance your performance on the course.

We work as a team, integrating expertise from allied health, osteopathy, and strength and conditioning to deliver a complete performance pathway. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, looking to increase your distance, or wanting to move better and play pain-free, our tailored programs are designed to support your goals.

A full Golfers Hub experience may include:

  • Comprehensive TPI golf and movement assessment

  • Mobility, strength, and injury screening

  • 3D motion analysis using Sportsbox AI

  • Golf simulator testing with Foresight Falcon

  • Manual treatment and osteopathic consultations

  • Personalised golf-specific fitness or rehabilitation programs

Each program can be accessed through our online platform, allowing clients to track progress, view exercises, and stay connected with their Golfers Hub team anytime, anywhere.

At Golfers Hub, we’re not just improving swings — we’re building stronger, healthier golfers for life.
