Trust comes from Experience
Adam Weeks
Adam Weeks is a Golf Performance Coach specialising in the physical and biomechanical demands of the golf athlete. With over fourteen years of experience, a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Business, and multiple TPI Level 2 certifications (Fitness, Golf, Power, and Junior), Adam integrates strength & conditioning, movement screening, 3D biomechanics, and athletic development to help golfers move better, swing faster, and perform with more consistency.
Adam works with a broad spectrum of golfers — from emerging juniors to competitive amateurs through to busy high-performing adults who want to improve despite limited time to train. His approach focuses on improving speed, sequencing, ground force, rotational power, and robustness, while addressing the physical limitations that cause compensations in the swing or restrict performance on the course.
Alongside his private coaching, Adam leads a junior performance pathway and academy program that blends physical development, power training, fundamental movement, and structured practice planning with 3D swing analysis and on-course support. The aim is to guide young players through a long-term development model that builds confidence, athleticism, and competitive readiness.
At the core of Adam’s coaching philosophy is a simple objective: develop more athletic, resilient, and efficient golfers who can perform at a higher level both now and for years ahead.
Dr Jon Zuccala
Hi, I’m Dr. Jon Zuccala, an Osteopath with a strong passion for golf and helping players feel better and play better.
After graduating as an Osteopath in 2009, I’ve dedicated my career to understanding how the body moves and how those movements translate directly to the golf swing. My approach combines injury management, prevention, and performance optimisation, always tailored to the unique needs of each golfer.
To further expand my professional knowledge, I completed the Medical Level 3 Certification at the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) in California, the highest level of TPI’s medical track. This advanced training allows me to assess and treat golfers through the lens of body-swing connection, biomechanics, and performance integration.
At Golfers Hub, I’ve created a space where golf, health, and performance come together featuring a golf simulator, strength and conditioning area, rehabilitation and dedicated treatment zone. Whether it’s recovering from injury, improving mobility, or fine-tuning movement for more power and consistency, every session is designed to help golfers reach their full potential.
My mission: To provide every golfer with the tools, insights, and care they need to perform their best on and off the course.
